Head Coach: Ryan Walicki

Ryan Walicki is a native of Kincardine, Ontario and has made Cleveland home since 2004.  Ryan played Tier II Jr A in Ontario for 5 seasons.  After which he attended/played at Ohio University and a short stint in minor pro hockey.

Previously, Ryan has coached at the College, Jr and AAA/AA levels. 

Ryan is married to his wife Ashley and together they have 3 children; Laina (15), Cameron (13) and Connor (9)

Assistant Coach: George Michalke

George Michalke is a native of Parma, Ohio and a former Cleveland Baron. George played for 9 seasons as a Baron, followed by 3 years of Jr. A hockey in the USHL and NAHL. After juniors he played Division I hockey at the United States Air Force Academy. During his time at the Academy, he appeared in two Frozen Four tournaments and served as team captain his senior year. George also spent time as an assistant coach on the USHL’s Tri-City Storm. He now resides in Rocky River with his girlfriend and two dogs.

Head Coach T.J. Nykiel

T.J. grew up playing hockey in the Cleveland, Ohio area. He played for the Cleveland Barons during his Bantam and Midget AAA youth hockey seasons. 

TJ played college hockey at Kent State and Weber State to play ACHA Division 1 Club Hockey. He competed in the ACHA National Championship every season while playing ACHA D1 Club hockey. Also, TJ was selected to represent team USA in the 2005 World University Games in Innsbrook, Austria for ACHA D1 where his USA Hockey team took 8th place.  

TJ has a Level 4 USA Hockey certification in coaching.  TJ coach's his players to learn how to give 100% effort, focus, teamwork and dedication when playing for the Barons organization on and off the ice.
