Head Coach:  Matt Peters

Originally from Erie, PA  Matt started playing when he was 6.  Played youth hockey for the Erie Lions travel team. Then played High School hockey for the McDowell Trojans and finished his playing career at Edinboro University. He’s been coaching since 2013 and credit his playing and coaching career to the many great coaches he played for which he continues to emulate today. Currently coach with Parma Bantam, Squirt 2 team as well as the Barons 10u Girls Elite team.

Assistant Coach:  Parker Shaw

From Akron, Parker started his hockey career with the Tri-County Cyclones, went on to play juniors and finish his career with the Kent State D1 club program. He’s been coaching within the Parma Flyers organization since 2017 and is currently an assistant coach on the squirt 1 team.
