Thanks for your patience while we worked thru the Alumni Camp schedule and event details. The tentative schedule of the ice sessions is included, but is subject to change based on final participants. Please note on the schedule that campers need to be dropped off an hour before their ice session and can be picked up directly after their last ice session. Once we have firm numbers early next week a complete schedule with lunch times assigned will be sent out once we determine if we need to move or merge age groups.
Because of this we need FINAL signups BY Monday - July 16th. You can still register online and pay offline via check. It is open to ages U15 to 2010s. All final payments should be made online if you chose the two payment method and all mailed in checks should be received to us no later than Friday the 20th. If you need to drop at the rink please feel free to do so in my red mailbox by my office. For the camp we are looking for any sponsors to donate lunches, snacks, water and/or gatorade for the campers as well if anyone has any connections let us know !
The Alumni game will be Friday the 27th from 6:00 - 7:30 pm and some our Baron’s finest will be in attendance ! Last year this event was standing room only and we are looking forward to that again. Players will be around for autographs after and during the alumni event next door.
The event starts at 7:30 pm and lasts till 10:30 pm. All teams are asked to sell 20 tickets. To date most teams are right on track. Teams are also asked to have items to auction, raffle or baskets for the chinese auction. ALL funds from these items will go directly back to your own teams to start your season with some funds ! Please let your team managers know if you can help out! We have lots of items already and stay tuned to our FB page and news sections as we start to update the items.. some of these are sure selling points to get more ticket sales !

UH will have staff on hand during the event for ages 12 and under (small fee) for concussion testing. More info to follow.
Lastly - keep in mind that this entire week of events we do strictly for your benefit to help your teams get the right start to a successful season but your cooperation is needed for us to be able to do this for teams.
